Is starting a Chalk Couture business right for you?

Have you wondered what is involved in starting a business as Chalk Couture designer? This article will share some ways you can work your Chalk Couture business as well as help you decide if it’s the right fit for you!

Chalk Couture has begun to take the direct sales industry by storm and for good reason! Not only are their products out of this world and makes their users feel like creative rockstars, the company culture and leadership’s team commitment to ensuring that their independent designers are successful feels just short of revolutionary.

But does that mean that starting a Chalk Couture business and becoming a designer is right for you?

Consider three questions to help you decide if starting a Chalk Couture business is right for you:

Are you interested in earning some extra income?

One of the main reasons why you might consider starting a Chalk Couture business is because you want to earn some additional income. Maybe you want to make enough to pay your car loan, or would like to put away some money for an annual vacation. Or, maybe you want to replace another source of income so you can have the freedom or flexibility to work from home, and spend more time with your family and friends.

My Chalk Couture business gave me the opportunity to get myself in the driver seat of my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler!

Regardless of whether you are considering becoming a designer to earn extra income or to replace income, it’s important to understand that if you decide to start a business, there’s going to be some work involved.

A very wise friend recently said to me you can work your business full-time or you can work your business part-time, but you can’t work it in your spare time! Meaning, that if you truly want to earn some extra income, you have to commit some time and energy to the venture.

That leads me to my next question…

Do you have the time to dedicate to starting a business?

I’m guessing if you are like me, you are busy and are already juggling quite a few responsibilities. But, that doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t have the time to start something new. It may just mean you that you need to think about your time differently and implement some time management strategies to help keep you on track.

On the other hand, if you find that you just love creating with Chalk Couture but feel overwhelmed with the thought of scheduling time to make it a successful business venture, then becoming a designer might not be right for you. (Luckily, we have a wonderful monthly subscription program that could just keep your Chalk Couture creativity flowing!)
